Questions about turnkey construction

The price depends on the size, layout and materials used. Indicatively, we start from CZK 25,000/m² for standard execution. We will prepare a precise quote after a free on-site consultation.

A standard 150–200 m² family house takes us 10–14 months from the start of the shell construction. Additionally, 2–4 months should be counted for design and building permit.

The price set in the contract of work is fixed and binding. Additional work is only resolved if the client changes the scope, always approved in writing in advance.

Yes, we carry out construction throughout the Central Bohemia Region and the entire Czech Republic. Contact us and we will agree on terms.

We provide the statutory 3-year warranty on completed construction work. For selected structures and materials even longer as specified in the contract.
